Kyle founded Peace of Adventure in 2015 after nearly a decade working with nonprofits serving people with disabilities. Kyle has experience in all facets of nonprofit operations from marketing to fundraising, but finds his passion working hands on with participants in the great outdoors. As a civilian, Kyle found a passion for serving the veteran community and is unapologetic in his belief that the best way to empower veterans is getting them on their feet doing what they do best…serving others!Email Kyle
Erin Dreis | Peer Support Specialist
Erin is responsible for all Peace of Adventure participant recruitment and peer support implementation. A certified peer supporter, Erin serves as the liaison for Peace of Adventure’s partnership with Growing Veterans. Erin also works as a full-time environmental engineer for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources’ Drinking Water Program in South Dakota and currently serves in the South Dakota National Guard, 200th Engineer Company.Email Erin
Jessica Lapham | Grant Writer
With ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector and a Master’s in Social Work, Jessica has experience in developing social-impact media, facilitating wellness interventions, resource development & fundraising, grant writing, and designing program intervention and evaluation systems that lead to positive outcomes. She taught yoga to at-risk youth, managed horticulture therapy for veterans, and worked with many adaptive sports programs.Email Jessica
Jeff Perambo | Lead Guide
With more than a decade of experience leading adaptive sports programming, Jeff Perambo serves as Peace of Adventure’s lead wilderness guide. Jeff is a wilderness first responder, serves on the Crested Butte, Colorado Search and Rescue and holds various adaptive sports certifications. Jeff has a tremendous amount of experience in the backcountry and specializes in skiing, ice climbing, mountaineering, rafting and handcycling adventures.
